There have been these power shots around for years, from Upshot to 5 hour energy, but this is the first made by one of the Big 4; Coca-Cola.

According to the literature, this is supposed to be mango/passion fruit. While I might not be used to powershots, the best way to drink this is to shoot the whole thing past your taste buds like a really bad vodka. It does not taste bad, it tastes REALLY REALLY REALLY bad. This stuff does not mix and can’t be chased by something more flavorful, as the flavor is strong enough to kill whatever goes after it. Now, I like the taste of NOS, like fizzy orange Kool-aid. But this swill definitely tests my palate’s limits. At least with only 2 ounces it was easy enough to get rid of.

look and feel of the amazingly awesome 16oz drink, found in 16oz nitrous canisters. The label, shape, packaging works very very well. This is the best reason to have this, because then you get to keep this cool little canister. I feel a little badly tossing it into the recycling, as I feel like it could be used for better purposes. There are warnings aplenty in very tiny writing, a full disclosure of nutrients as well as website and company info.

NOS PowerShot contains the NOS maximum boost formula concentrated in a 2-ounce shot, with the same levels of caffeine, taurine, l-carnitine, inositol and panax ginseng as a small serving of the bigger NOS. The 2 ounce shot of NOS has 30 calories and 6 grams of sugar, HFCS, citric acid, l-carnitine, taurine, caffeine, inositol, B Vitamins, gum Arabic, ginseng, ester gum, and sucralose. all this for a whole 125mg of caffeine.
